Global Head of Media Excellence Kraft Heinz

Alison Keith has served as Global Head of Media Excellence at Kraft Heinz since April 2023. She focuses on driving growth for the company's many brands through innovative media strategy approaches, best in class scalable partnerships and agency leadership, driving a culture of collaboration, sustainable productivity and creative effectiveness.

Prior to Kraft Heinz, Alison spent 6 years at Coty as Vice President Global Media, building out the global media organisation and creating a seamless relationship with local marketing teams. She created strategic value by partnering with leadership teams across the business to create best in class solutions to drive effective and data driven media across paid, owned and earned, including creating an in house media buying, creative and product development agency of over 150 people across the world.

Prior to this, Alison spent 10 years in media agencies leading large CPG clients such as P&G, J&J and Brown Forman on strategic transformation journeys. She also started her career in ecommerce, brand marketing, software development and digital creative. She holds a BSc in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway - University of London. She lives in Amsterdam with her family and is enjoying the challenge of learning Dutch.
